The Search for the Colors of October

Our Fall drive will be heading back to the State of Michigan, hooking up with the Michigan Jaguar Club. Friday, day or night, before or after the rush hour. Make your way to Benton Harbor and stay in one of the hotels along the interstate.  Or get up early Saturday and meet us at the hotel. Saturday, October 6th at 9 am. we will leave Benton Harbor, traveling on the back road know as "The Blue Star Highway" and drive to Manistee, Mi. Along the way we are planning a Dune Ride, lunch in Holland, a little sightseeing afterward, dinner at the North Channel Brewing Company and an SS Milwaukee "Ghost Tour" that evening or hit the nearby Casino if Ghosts scare you too much. Sunday, we head to the Leelanau Peninsula area on Michigan's rustic Rt 22. Driving thru the Pierce Stocking Scenic Park, Leland (Fishtown) for lunch. After lunch, we're getting "Off the Beaten Path" and onto the "Really off the Beaten Path" roads to Traverse City. With plenty of nice stops along the way at cute little shops, wineries, distilleries and whatever else we can find. Monday morning we can browse around Traverse City and head back home.  If you can't stay over Sunday night you can always head back Sunday after lunch or dinner.  More info will be out in the August newsletter and posted on our other website www.ijc.clubexpress.com as soon as registration opens.
