My MK IX power steering pump is leaking and I think I have almost another complete pump on the bench that I want to rebuild. The problem is my Jaguar Service Manual doesn’t have an exploded parts diagram to show me how it goes together. 12 pages of words and one simple drawing titled "Rocker shaft and float".
It seems like a fairly complex assembly with lots of free bearings and seals, so I want to make sure I get it assembled correctly.
Does anyone know where I can find an exploded parts drawing of the power steering pump?
Chuck not sure what manual you are using. There were two pumps (very similar) that are covered well in official literature. JCNA can provide copies via the shoppe.
