Derek Orchard of the British Motor Company in Eugene Oregon 541-485-8542 does excellent work,,,he has done several projects for me.He is the best for a engine rebuild to total restoration of many different Jaguar models. Call me if you like.

Thanks Allen, no matter who you send it to, ask for and check out references. Of course, they are not going to give out references of people that are not happy. However, do ask for some and call to see how the engine is holding up, if they had any problems and how they were handled. This is a great forum for asking questions and you might also try www.jag-lovers.org and ask the same question on the appropriate forum. This is a large investment and one not to be taken lightly. Also ask what is done on their rebuild as a full rebuild is a lot different than new rings and bearings and fresh paint.
