Hello, I'm new to the forum... I visited the Jaguar event near my home on Broadway this past weekend in OKC,OK. Question: What is a nice 1989 XJ6 worth in todays market? With 192,000 miles (recent $1,800.00 engine) installed? Look at the picture, any help would be appreciated. My stepfather was in an accident a few weeks ago and the insurance company states the car is only worth $1,800.00. He looked around for a long time for the right one, even with the miles on it, he purchased it for $3,500.00. They say he paid too much... This was a real nice vehicle, and I-35 Imports in Moore,OK laughed when I told them what the insurance company offered my stepdad. I-35 Imports said try to find one for $1,800.00. Can anyone honestly estimate a wrecked vehicle? Does anyone have a vehicle for sale as a comparison?
