I have 2000 S-type with a sun roof that I recently bought and have noticed that I am getting about 1 pint of water in the bottom of the Trunk after a rain. I have not been able to detect any leaks around the trunk lid seal. Are there any other sources of possible water entry?

Just a guess, but may be related to the sun roof drainage tubes? I’m not sure of their exact exit route but I know they end up discharging @ / behind the rear bumper assembly.
