Some interesting mail floats across my screen at the JCNA publications desk but sometimes it is worth the effort. I have been contacted by one of our service men in service in the war zone who is also a Jaguar fan. He was attempting to purchase a handbook set from the JCNA shoppe for his 1988 XJS but alas we are out of stock (and currently out of print). I would like to see if we as a club might help him. I have an extra drivers handbook (AKM 9157 ed 4) which is correct for his car. Can someone or someones provide a copy of the other books that came with the car maintenance handbook, folder, radio service etc. I am giving this for free but if you need some funds for your correct books please let me know what you are asking--otherwise if you wish to donate also write and I will provide an address to ship--thanks in advance for your support and let's show what a great community we are.

I'm looking for radio for an 88 XJS for a serviceman overseas.....any bets that it's the same guy?

So.....anyone out there with a AJ8700 radio in good condition with the unlock code for a fair price? If so, gimme a shout !

If it helps, the AJ8700 was used in the 1987 XJ6 Ser III and the XJS from '88 until at least '90 or '91. If in doubt I can help identify what you have.

Thanks
