Thought I'd share a desktop image of my '92 flamenco red XJS catnapping
in the shade, dreaming of all the miles to come. I just acquired her
after a year-long search; for the last ten years she lived a pampered
life in a 5-car heated, carpeted garage in Pittsburgh, PA as part of a
rarely driven collection (Viper, '62 Corvette, etc.). I found her as a
2-owner coupe w. 39k original miles. No problems on the 600-mile drive
home; she averaged 18mpg on cruise control at 80mph. The V12 is turbine
smooth & doesn't leak a drop, while the AC is ice-cold. I love the look
& smell of her black leather after a fresh rubdown with Connolly Hid ...

The XJS looking rather elegant at Maple Leaf Lodge, Townsend, Tennessee, wearing her newly powdercoated wheels and a fresh set of Yokahama Avid db's. You couldn't find a nicer place to get away from it all.
