• Special Event Sponsorship Application - February 28th
• Regional Director Nomination Form - August 1st
  
• Andrew Whyte Service Award - December 31st
  
• Fred Horner Award-Determined by Committee - December 31st
  
• Jaguar Dealer of the Year Award - December 31st
  
• AGM Notice of Location and Dates-60 days after determination of thelocation
  
• Submission of items for the AGM agenda must be received by thesecretary 60 days prior to the AGM
  
• Posting of the tentative agenda on the web site - 30 days prior tothe AGM
  
• Posting of AGM location 60 days following the determination of thelocation
