These notes are unofficial and gathered from delegates, they are presented for information only. Final and official minutes will be uploaded on the web site as soon as they will be available from the JCNA Secretary.

- New executive committee :

President: Gary Hagopian
Vice President: Daniel Thompson (replaces Judy Ferring)
Secretary: Steve Averill (replaces Dick Howe)
Elected Member: Lisa Hendrix (replaces Dick Cavicke)

- the Fred Horner Award will include Driven division participants

- Minor rules changes for judging (see minutes for exact wording):

- ownership of vehicles entered in a concours must be confirmed to be in the name of an individual or private trust
- the new judging report will include wording to the effect that the concours was conducted with a JCNA certified judge present. Failure to do so may result in scores being nullified.
- rules changes that do not affect scoring will enter into effect in the current year if they can be posted on the website a minimum of one month before the first scheduled concours.

- 2003 dues will rise from $17 per member to $20 per member; half of the $3 increase is to fund increased insurance premiums, the other half is to fund various projects including improvements to the Journal

- the Jaguar Journal is authorized to increase in size from 36 to 48 pages effective January 2003; the cost of the increase in size to be paid for by more advertising.

- the 2003 AGM will be held March 20 - 23 in Charlotte, NC. Contact is Bill Bingham of the Carolina Jaguar Club bingham2@bellsouth.net.

- Art Dickenson's proposal to allow the highest point car in Region to receive Regional Championship Award as well as receiving a National Trophy, was defeated.

- Minor changes as recommended by Slalom Rules Committee, headed by Art Dickenson, included :

1 - no arms ,or hands outside passenger compartment,
2 - Slalom Schools to be allowed prior to Sanctioned Slalom Event on same day,
3 - X Type is added to Slalom Class K.

were approved.

- Proposals by Bill Stritenberger

1. to allow competitors to win more than one National ,Award in Slalom,
2. to remove Tyre Rule # 20 , and make any cars with incorrect tyres moved into mod. class.

When it was pointed out by Mr Dick Howe, that a JCNA Slalom Committee was currently in place , with Art Dickenson as Head of the Committee, Mr Stritenberger withdrew , and stated he would direct his proposal to the aforementioned Committee.

- A proposal by JCSNE member Harold Kritzman,to suspend all JCNA National Concours Championship Trophy Competition, until judging discrepancies could be cleaned up, failed to pass. There was however much concern regarding this apparent flaw in the Concours Program.
