The report was made to the JCNA President and Jaguar Journal Editor on August 2, 2002, and to the Directors. The ballots will be published in the September/October issue of the Jaguar Journal and forwarded to Ray A.Cheely, Chartered, Certified Public Accountant. As provided in Corporate Policy C203.3, any ballots received after January 15, at 5:00 P.M. will not be counted. Directors and candidates need to encourage the members within their region to vote as voter response continues to be very poor based upon past elections.
