The Nation’s Capital Jaguar Owners Club 2021 Concours d’Elegance is scheduled for September 18, 2021 on the GEICO national headquarters campus at 5260 Western Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD 20815. This event will mark the 57th concours in the tradition of NCJOC car shows dating back to 1963. The large parking area can accommodate several hundred cars with plenty of room for car-spacing, parking for trailers and visitors. In addition, there is a large covered parking area for judging cars in the event of an afternoon shower. Within a three-block walk can be found 10 restaurants or eateries and two hotels. A two-block walk to the Metro station makes available additional hotels, restaurants and shopping within one stop, and a 20-minute subway ride to the attractions of Washington, DC.
Cars will be judged in the classes of Champion, Driven and Special. We also encourage members to share their pride by displaying their non-judged cars for enthusiasts and the public to enjoy. Based on current late-winter news reports about the likely easing of the COVID pandemic, we are optimistic that public gathering will be permitted by local authorities. Nevertheless, at this time the social reception and award activities are not scheduled. Updates to the concours plan will be available during the summer registration period.
NOTE: Due to limitations in judges' availability, a maximum of 15 cars will be judged among all classes. Decisions for cars to be judged will be based on the earliest dates of concours registration.
