Hi guys-I have a 1999 XK8 OTS that has had an engine failure and will need replacement. In reviewing the full sales literature for the model year, it appears Jaguar used the same engine in the XKs and XJs exclusive of the R versions. Has anyone had experience in interchangine-I have an opportunity to purchase a 1999 XJ8 parts car with a good engine-thanks for the feedback
