could possibly be the battery. When our cars battery starts going, all sorts of little glitches can begin. I think mine may have done that when I first got it but I changed the battery within a few days anyway and it stopped.
If not that, it could be either the key fob or the door relay located inside the driver's door.
I'd have the battery checked first.
