another thought, the key fob can get dirty inside. I had one on my former S type that actually had something sticky inside. Outside was fine but when I opened it, it was a mess. It too would lock doors without really trying to. I opened the fob and cleaned the rubber piece with alcohol and gently cleaned the buttons with alcohol also. It worked too.
