I'm rebuilding the carbs on my 4.2l 67 and one of the push rod assembly is stuck in the carb body. I've tried soaking it in rust removal solution, tapping it with a hammer and attempting to twist it at the bottom but nothing happens. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to unstick the assembly? The Rod Shoe is what is stuck.
