I'm a Jag virgin and I just purchased an 84' xj6. The horn, auto transmission kick down, Aux. Radiator fan, screen washers, and stop lamps do not work. Fuse number 11, a 35A fuse deals with all these but alas this fuse is not the problem as I've checked it out with a clean new fuse and the flow with a volt meter. Could it be one of the relays? I know there is a horn relay and a aux. fan relay but I don't know where they are and if a shot one would effect everything else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a test light? Most of the checks are very easy.

Screen washers: simply power and ground. You should have 12 volts on the light green wire at the pump and, with the button pressed, the light green/black wire should be grounded. If these two checks are Ok, then you have a dead pump.....common thing.

Auto trans kick down: not electric on your car. The 12 cylinder cars have electric kick down, and the fuse panel is so labeled. A little confusing.

Brake lights: do you have voltage to the switch at the pedal ? (The one with the external capacitor....the other is for the cruise control). Should have power on one side of the switch with key "on" and power on both sides with the pedal pressed. If not, a bum switch (or poor adjustment). Voltage also goes thru a "lamp failure" unit in the trunk before reaching the bulbs, but first let's see if you have voltage to the switch first.....

For horn and aux fan, click the link below. There are a number of diagnostic lists for various circuits.....including horn and fan.

By the way, the fan will very rarely come on if your cooling system is up to snuff !

Post back if more details needed
