A new item has been added to Chapter 3. It required that I reorder the changes. So to keep it in the same order that the rule book is in, Chapter 3, Change 3 is new and the changes that follow it have been renumbered.
The changes are indicated in Blue.
It was also pointed out to me that I cannot ad and there are now a total of 56 changes, most of them administrative.
