Anyone have any tips for a 2007 S-Type Jaguar bound for below freezing weather? Any specific issues I can mitigate beforehand?

I am not sure how cold you are talkiing about, but here are some things to consider:

1) Windshield fluid - Warmer climates may not have any anti-feeze in the solution so you might end up with ice instead of fluid

2) Radiator fluid - Make sure the correct mixture of Radiator fluid to water is in your radiator. I believe a 50/50 mixture should be good for most climates.

3) Oil Viscosity - Some southern states oil change shops will use 10W-30 instead of 5W-30. For extreme temperatures (-10 deg or more), 10W-30 will not protect as well as 5W-30.

4) Tires - Depending if you are planning on driving in snow, an alternate set of snow tires might be a good idea.

This is just a partial list and I am sure others will come up with some more items to add.
