Would a XKR with a grill mounted "City of London" badge be considered
unoriginal?

My guess is that it would be unoriginal.

Bill,
Badge bars do not equal badges.

The JCNA rules don't currently address either individual or multiple grille badges.

I will raise the issue with the Judge's Concours Rules Committee and develop a Grille Badge rule that will be proposed for delegate approval at the 2013 AGM.

I predict that the rule will be quite strict for Champion Division Entries and less so for Driven Division.

I checked page VI-8 before asking.

b. Badge Bars and Driving and Fog Lights. An Owner may install Jaguar car badge bars
and driving or fog lights as long as they and their installation are in keeping with the
quality and vintage of the Jaguar. No extra points are to be given or deducted for the
presence of these items; however, all installed driving and fog lamps must be functional.

Do badge bars equal badges?
Thus my original question, asked as a clarification of the rule. VI-8 b.

Is a "city of London" badge mounted to the grill, considered unoriginal?
