Cost of getting spokes/wire on Daytons tightened/balanced?

Anyone know the appropriate cost of getting the spokes on the Jaguar Dayton wire/spoke rimes balanced/tightened (orwhatever they call it)? Friend said we need to have them balanced or whatever they call it before we put them on. Not sure if there are any places nearby so was planning on dropping them off somewhere in teh city the enst time I go. Anyone know an approx price for all 4 rims?
