Has anyone removed one of these before.........I bellieve I did on Chase's car myself, but this one does not seem to want to come apart.LOL.I am loosing it for surelyo.......

The X-type REQUIRES a host of special press tools to safely accomplish front or rear hub bearing replacement. To get the vertical link out, it requires lowering the subframe from the body two or three inches and loosening the top strut mount on that side. To top it off, the bearing comes apart when separating the hub flange, and the outer race is slightly smaller in diameter than the flange lip. That make it even tougher because you can't get a bearing knife behind/below it. If you can post an email address I can send you the tool list and procedure.
