The current revision to JSOB14-81R, published 1/3/15, confirms the current program end date is 3/31/15. The eligible vehicles are 2014-2015 models only.

The discount does require vehicle delivery by the program end date. Unfortunately that doesn't help Cecil with a 2016 model.
