New to me, 2009 XF Supercharged...

Back from service and most things were taken care of. They ordered a new dash to replace the delaminating one in the car, so it will have to go back for that (covered by CPO warranty). Also, the Voice Activation was deactivated by Jaguar on all 2009 & 2010's because of "problems" according to our Service Manager (verified with other sources on the www) and they are awaiting further information from Jaguar USA.
One other slightly annoying problem that just popped up is the right side overhead light keeps coming on for no reason. I punch it off, but it comes back on again at random. Then there is a felt barrier up under the dash that just dropped down onto my feet for no apparent reason. I shoved it back in place, so we will see how long that lasts.
Mostly minor annoyances and a pain to have to drive one hour each way to the dealer, but I simply love the car.

CPO from local (one hour away) dealer. There are several other niggling issues to deal with. A couple of fastners missing under the bonnet; wipers worn (one torn); pre-delivery detailing not up to expected standard, service manager was supposed to call me today and never did, etc. Not near the same level service and delivery as the BMW dealer in the same city. That said, it is a fantastic car.

If Jaguar ever wishes to compete with BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, etc., in this country they have to get this kind of thing right.

I'm thinkin' that car may have had the overhead switch console replaced and they forgot to switch-over the microphone. Could be a failed mic, but that would be a rare one. Was the purchase made from the prior owners servicing dealer, by chance??

Minor (I hope) glitch right off... When I try and use voice control for navigation or Bluetooth telephone I get a "no voice detected" reply. On the phone I can hear the person I called or who called me; however they cannot hear me.

Bought it on Friday, took my wife out to dinner and then drove it to the airport early Saturday morning, so I haven't had a lot of time to get used to it yet.
