I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has attempted a do-it-youself job of renovating and redying your Jaguar leather interior. I'd like to know what products you used and the kind of results achieved. My 1961 MKII leather is a little dry, faded red, but not badly cracked or torn. Thanks for your help.

Foreign Accents in Greensboro is also a distributor for the Gliptone leather products from the UK. They are discount friendly to Jaguar Club members and can be reached at 336-294-2137 or at: randyatforaccents.com

Patrick,

Come to think of it, you are correct. I must be getting old, because I was sitting in front of my computer scratching my head trying to remember the name on the bottle back home in my garage. You are correct, Leatherique is the best stuff for renovation. I use Gliptone for cleaning and maintaining.
Sorry for the mixup.

The product you should be using is called "Gliptone". You can find details on what it is and how to use it at www.liquidleather.com They advertise in some magazines and apparently have a US distributor at 503-220-1970

If this stuff doesn't rejuvenate your seats then they are too far gone.
