Last year I had a problem with backfiring and discovered it was a vacuum leak in the Brake Booster. Later discovered that the Vacuum tank reservoir and check valve were missing from the car entirely. The new booster adds more boost than original and really digs in when active. I am planning to install a new "Reservac" (as called in the parts list) but where was it located? It appears there is not enough room in the booster compartment above the Battery box. The shop does not know and I cannot find any reference in any of my manuals.
