you would think I learned a lesson when I had a XK-120. Please help me on this one. When I turn the key to start, the car has a complete electrical failure. Sometimes I get a partial crank, then nothing. My UN -educated guess is a failure of a relay in the back. But after rotating the key a few times, it starts. Has anyone any idea on this? My problem with the old 120 was that the car would not start after sitting in the rain or in a fog. Turned out the wiring was paper covered. Why they build a unbelievable car then save a few pennies on an important thing like wiring.
