Made in early winter by a few clowns from JANE, the tape shows how to lay it out, answers typical questions, gives you a demo ride, and shows a few runs by some good drivers.
JANE typically runs the allowed 2 events per year, having established a good relationship with the factory who lets us use the lot for free! We're well behaved and take all of our trash home, not leaving it in their trash barrels.
Last weekend I went to an Autocross in Palm Bay FL, sponsored by the Martin SCC. They typically have the 75 car limit by 9:30am, and only let me in 10 min late because I had driven 2hr, 45min, to get there!
The short twisting course was made for the Miatas, who kicked my butt, but I'll be back there, as they run 2nd weekend, every month of the year!
C'mon guys! Schedule a slalom for your club, and you won't be able to wipe the smile off your face!
