Can anyone tell me what is correct for a SII 1970 FHC for the wheel hubs: 3 ear, 2 ear, or no ear?

SII Wheel Hubs
The Series II cars had "no ear" knockoff hubs. The hubs had to be removed with a special "eared" plate that fit over the hub.

The 2 ear hubs were on the 1961 to 1968 models. Starting with the Series 1 1/2, they went to the "earless" hubs (I believe that's correct). I don't recall E-Types ever having a 3 ear hub.
