Lee if your alignment shop was professional grade your tie rods/wheel bearings and ball joints are not the issue--they would have been evident in the alignment. The question asked was it a 4 wheel alignment. Assuming your yes answer was so then I would suggest the wheels and tires are placed on a dynamic balancer and adjusted. 60 mph is sort of the acid test and it is where a lot of spin balance machines do their check.
