Hi Folks!

The dreaded electrical glitches have struck again! Just out of winter storage, our 1997 XK-8 has been throwing off messages - "Stability Control Failure" and "ABS Failure" and "Low Brake Fluid".
The cruise control still works when any are on....
No change in power or performance. I've topped of the fluid, we'll see if this one comes on again.
I get P-1111 (System Pass) on the OBD-2 readout.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,
Josh

Update:
I have had the ECU rebuilt - $575 including shipping both ways (www.ecudoctors.com)... better than the $7200 the dealer quoted for a replacement! Still had the ABS light.... but the car ran better than it had in months. Removed the ABS computer - a bit of a fiddle, but it can be done without disconnecting brake lines if you are real careful and gentle. I sent that computer to BBA_reman in Taunton, Ma. Back in three days - $229. No warning lights, no indications of troubles after 500 miles or so. Both computers came back with long guarantees.

I think I have it fixed. Cloud have parted, birds are singing, angels are strumming their harps and all is right in Jaguar world!
