Anyone know if the Parelli ZR rated tires are still available. I bought a car last fall, but the tires were low for too long and are "square"?

Another question, are another aset of wheels available? I will keep the originals for showing the car.

Hey Stevo. how do I get to the XJRS page, and do you know offhand if any steering mods were made to these cars to help with the handling........esp in the turns such as JCNA slalom type stuff,
Regards, Arto

I have set of 5 spoke wheels from parted car, and set of Dayton Wires from a restored 1986 XJS. The Wires are in superb condition and the 5 spoke have some scratches. $800 for the wires, $400 for the five spoke or best offer.
I use Perelli 4000's on all the XJS's.

Bill,
I just got the 1995 XJS Product Guide out of my archives...
Your XJS could have had Pirelli P4000E 225/60 ZR16, or Dunlop SP2000 225/55 ZR16 tires fitted originally. The Dunlops were mostly on the Sport Handling Package, but not always. The wheels were either your Diamond Turned Five Spoke, the Chrome Five Spoke or a 20 Spoke Diamond Turned wheel in the case of the 6.0L V12.

I forgot to add, if you find wheels that need a refinish, there is an outfit that we use to fix/refinish wheels here locally. We can check with them and see what kind of a deal they might make.

Happy hunting!
