I am looking for a very good condition or rebuilt short block. Any ideas or good sources? Top end and all accessories are rebuilt or new. Down low we have a bit of a knock.

You probably have solved this by now, if not, hopefully you've pulled the pan, bearing caps and miked the crank. a bearing may just have too much clearance due to wear and if the journal is still within specification a new bearing shell will solve the noise.
